FAQ
No. QueueFlow Sentinel operates exclusively on event metadata — timestamps, event types, and device identifiers. No video frames, live streams, or recordings are ever accessed, transmitted, or stored. This constraint is architectural, not configurable.
No. QueueFlow Sentinel does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, identity tracking, or behavioral profiling of individuals. The system has no access to the data required for these capabilities.
No. The integration is strictly read-only. QueueFlow Sentinel cannot issue commands, modify device settings, trigger recordings, or interact with device control APIs in any way.
Alerts are produced by a deterministic, rule-based evaluation engine. Operator-configured thresholds — inactivity windows, cooldown periods, rate limits — are evaluated against incoming event metadata. The same inputs always produce the same output. No machine learning or probabilistic inference is used in the decision path.
QueueFlow Sentinel integrates with enterprise smart camera platforms via read-only event metadata APIs. For specific platform compatibility questions, contact james@queueflow.tech.
Event metadata and audit records are retained for 90 days by default. Enterprise customers may configure custom retention windows. All stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
No. All outputs are designed to support human judgment. QueueFlow Sentinel surfaces signals and produces audit-logged alerts for human operators to review and act upon. The system does not execute enforcement actions or automate operational responses.
QueueFlow Sentinel is operated by ExecLayer, Inc. — a Wilmington, Delaware enterprise software company founded and led by James Benton, based in Monterey County, California. ExecLayer also operates SovereignClaw, a deterministic AI governance platform. Contact: james@queueflow.tech
The Core tier includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to begin evaluation. Contact james@queueflow.tech for enterprise evaluation arrangements.
QueueFlow Sentinel is deployed on AWS infrastructure in the us-west-2 region. All data is processed and stored within US borders. Enterprise customers requiring specific regional data residency should contact the enterprise team.
