Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QueueFlow Sentinel (the "Service"), operated by ExecLayer, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("ExecLayer," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

QueueFlow Sentinel is a metadata-only operational execution monitoring platform designed for organizations that manage distributed camera environments.

QueueFlow Sentinel

Sentinel ingests event metadata — timestamps, event types, device identifiers, and activity frequency — from connected camera systems via read-only integration. Sentinel evaluates this metadata against deterministic, rule-based policy thresholds to surface execution-risk signals such as inactivity gaps, response delays, baseline deviations, and after-hours anomalies.

Sentinel does not access, process, store, or transmit video streams, video recordings, video snapshots, audio streams, audio recordings, or biometric data of any kind. Sentinel does not perform facial recognition, identity tracking, or behavioral profiling of individuals.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at james@queueflow.tech of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Tiers and Feature Availability

The Service is offered across multiple subscription tiers. Feature availability, data processing scope, and usage limits vary by tier. The current tier structure and pricing are published at queueflow.tech/pricing and may be updated from time to time with notice.

We reserve the right to modify tier boundaries, feature availability, and pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Service to monitor individuals for purposes of surveillance, stalking, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct any individual's identity from Service outputs.
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including privacy and data protection laws.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service or its outputs without written authorization from ExecLayer.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service infrastructure, other user accounts, or connected systems.
  • Use the Service outputs as the sole basis for automated enforcement decisions affecting individuals without human review.

5. Data Handling

5.1 Sentinel Data Scope

QueueFlow Sentinel processes only event metadata. This includes timestamps, event type identifiers, device identifiers, and activity frequency metrics. Sentinel does not access, store, or process any media content (video, images, or audio). The integration model is read-only. Sentinel does not issue commands to, modify the behavior of, or write data back to connected camera systems.

5.2 Data Retention

Event metadata is retained for the duration specified in your subscription agreement. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 12 months.

5.3 Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and subject to audit logging. For additional detail, see our Data Handling page.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party camera systems and platforms through their respective APIs. These integrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party platform. ExecLayer is not responsible for the availability, performance, or data handling practices of third-party platforms.

The Service operates externally to connected camera platforms through authorized API access. The Service does not embed into, modify, or extend the native experience of any connected platform.

QueueFlow Sentinel is an independent application operated by ExecLayer, Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ring LLC, Amazon.com, Inc., or any camera hardware manufacturer.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, documentation, user interface, branding, and the ExecLayer patent-pending v2 processing schema, is the proprietary property of ExecLayer, Inc. and is protected by copyright, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations during the subscription term.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant ExecLayer a limited license to process your data solely as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when feasible), unscheduled maintenance required for security or stability, or factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides operational signals to support human judgment. The Service does not make operational decisions, execute enforcement actions, or guarantee any particular operational outcome. You acknowledge that the Service is an awareness and monitoring tool, not a decision-making or control system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExecLayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

ExecLayer's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ExecLayer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ExecLayer does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that Service operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any signals or alerts generated by the Service will be accurate, complete, or timely.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExecLayer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days' written notice. ExecLayer may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service would violate applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account holder at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with a modification, you must discontinue use of the Service before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
